Mohan Perera
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mohan Perera founded M&M Twins Limited in 1980 after beginning his career in Canadian banking. His entrepreneurial leadership helped grow the company from a small Toronto operation into a Canada-wide grocery distributor. In 2001, he was recognized as Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year for his contributions to business and international trade.
Eddison Doyle
Chief Financial Officer
Eddison Doyle brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and business operations. He has held senior leadership positions with major international companies and oversees strategic financial planning at M&M Twins. Eddison holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Toronto and several professional accounting qualifications.
Chandrani Perera
Director and Head of Supply Chain
Chandrani Perera has more than three decades of experience in the grocery industry. She leads supply chain management, develops lasting supplier relationships and oversees ordering and customer service. Her understanding of Canada’s diverse communities has contributed significantly to the growth of M&M Twins and its independent retail network.
Keith Perera
Development Manager
Keith Perera manages product and process development at M&M Twins. With a science background and extensive experience in operational improvement, he helps expand the company’s product portfolio and refine internal procedures. He also works with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to support Canadian product composition and labelling requirements.
Travien Perera
Sales and Marketing
Travien Perera supports sales and marketing at M&M Twins, bringing experience in customer relationship management, business administration and process improvement. His background across sales, human resources and corporate operations helps strengthen retailer relationships and improve the company’s day-to-day business processes.
