CSLBC ACCORDS FAREWELL TO H.M.B. HERATH
The Deputy Consul General for Sri Lanka in Toronto, H.M.B. Herath was given a historic farewell. As a senior diplomat in Toronto he completed his 3-year term. Mr. Herath will commence his duties next month as Consul General for Sri Lanka in Karachi, Pakistan.
